These terms govern your use of core11.org and the information on it. They are not a contract for solar work — installation and service work is governed by the separate written proposal and agreement you sign with Core Eleven LLC.
Use of this website
You may use this site to learn about our services and to contact us. You agree not to misuse it — no attempting to gain unauthorized access, no scraping for commercial purposes, no submitting false information or another person's contact details without their permission.
Information is not an estimate
Core Eleven LLC performs installation and service work; we do not sell solar equipment or systems. Descriptions of services, equipment, and timelines on this site are general information only. They are not an offer, an estimate, or a guarantee of results. Actual scope, pricing, and schedule depend on your property, your equipment, and the condition of the existing system, and are set out only in a written estimate or work agreement signed by both parties. Nothing on this site is tax, legal, or financial advice.
Contact forms and submissions
When you submit a form on this site, you confirm the information is accurate and that you are the owner or an authorized user of the phone number and email address provided. We handle what you send us according to our Privacy Policy. Submitting a form does not create a customer relationship until we confirm it.

Text messaging from Core Eleven is governed by our SMS Terms & Conditions, which are incorporated into these terms by reference.
Intellectual property
The Core Eleven name, logo, text, photographs, and layout of this site are owned by Core Eleven LLC and may not be copied or reused without written permission, except for ordinary personal reference.
