No sales team, no proposals, no financing pitch. We put systems on roofs, and we repair the ones already up there — including systems we didn't install.
Installation
Full installation of residential grid-tied systems: racking and array layout, module and inverter mounting, DC and AC electrical, flashing and penetrations, commissioning, and monitoring setup. We build from the approved design and permit set — and we leave the roof watertight.
Removal & reinstall
Getting a new roof? We take the array down before the roofers arrive and put it back up after — modules, racking, conduit, and wiring, resealed and recommissioned on the new roof. We coordinate directly with your roofing contractor, and we confirm the system is producing again before we leave.
Service & repair
Production diagnostics, inverter and optimizer replacement, monitoring recovery, and post-storm inspection. We service systems installed by other companies, including ones whose installer is no longer in business.
We look at it
A scheduled site visit — roof, electrical, existing equipment, and a full diagnostic of what the system is producing. Site visits are a billed service call, and we tell you the rate when you book.
You get it in writing
A written scope and price for the work before it begins. We're paid to do the job, not to close a sale — so the estimate is the estimate.
We stay reachable
Scheduling, arrival windows, and follow-up questions handled by text or phone with the people who did the work.
Statewide in Florida. Installs in the Houston area.
We're based in Palm Harbor and cover the entire state of Florida for both installation and service. In the Houston, Texas area we take installation work.
We work directly for homeowners and as the installation and service crew for other companies. Either way, the scope is the work itself.
