Core Eleven LLC (“Core Eleven,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to core11.org and to the phone, email, and text-message communications we have with customers and prospective customers.
Information we collect
We collect only what we need to estimate, schedule, and perform installation and service work:
- Contact information you give us — name, mobile or landline number, email address, and service address.
- Property and system information — roof and electrical details, equipment makes and models, monitoring data or access you choose to share, and photos taken during a site visit or service call.
- Communications — the content of forms you submit, emails, and text messages exchanged with us.
- Basic website data — standard server and analytics information such as pages viewed and approximate location, collected by our website host.
We do not sell solar equipment or systems, and we do not collect Social Security numbers or financial account details through this website.
How we use your information
- To respond to your inquiry and prepare a written estimate for the work.
- To schedule, confirm, and perform installations and service visits.
- To send appointment reminders and answer questions about your solar system, by phone, email, or text message where you have agreed to it.
- To keep service records, warranty documentation, and permit paperwork.
- To comply with law and with utility, permitting, and inspection requirements.
Text messaging and your mobile information
If you provide your mobile number and agree to receive text messages — on a form at core11.org, in writing on a service agreement, or verbally to a Core Eleven representative during a call — we use it to send appointment reminders and to discuss your solar system with you. Consent to receive text messages is never a condition of purchasing any product or service, of requesting an estimate, or of receiving any work from us. Every SMS consent box on this site is optional and unchecked by default; if you decline, we contact you by phone or email instead.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories of information are subject to the sharing terms described in this policy. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party or affiliate except the service providers that help us deliver the messages, and those providers may not use the information for any other purpose.

How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only in these situations:
- Service providers who work on our behalf — scheduling and CRM software, our messaging provider, email hosting, and our website host — and only as needed to provide those services.
- Trade partners and manufacturers when needed to complete your job — for example an electrician, roofer, equipment manufacturer processing a warranty claim, or a subcontractor performing part of the installation.
- Utilities and government agencies for permitting, interconnection, inspection, and rebate applications you have asked us to file.
- Legal reasons — when required by law, subpoena, or to protect our rights, property, or safety.
Data retention and security
We keep customer and job records for as long as needed to support warranties, service history, and legal or tax obligations, and then dispose of them securely. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information, though no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Your choices
You may ask us to correct or delete your personal information, or to stop contacting you, by emailing ops@core11.org or calling (727) 977-3833. We may need to keep certain records for warranty, permitting, or legal reasons. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP, and out of emails by using the unsubscribe link or replying to ask.
Children
Our services are directed to homeowners. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
If we update this policy, we will post the revised version here with a new effective date.
